Worldwide Shipping

We proudly ship our products worldwide. Customers are encouraged to review their order details carefully before completing their purchase.

Eligible Returns and Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

1. Wrong Size Sent

If you receive a size different from the one you ordered, you may request an exchange.

2. Wrong Color Sent

If you receive a color different from your order, you may request an exchange.

3. Wrong Product Received

If the product delivered is different from the item you purchased, you may request a return or exchange.

4. Damaged Product

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, you may request a replacement or exchange.

Reporting an Issue

To qualify for a return or exchange, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • Keep the product unused and in its original condition.

  • Keep all original tags and packaging intact.

Failure to provide evidence may result in rejection of the request.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Customer ordered the wrong size

  • Customer changed their mind after purchase

  • Slight color variations due to screen settings

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Products damaged after delivery by the customer

Exchange Process

Once your request is approved:

  1. Our team will review the provided evidence.

  2. We will confirm whether your request qualifies for an exchange.

  3. Instructions for returning the item will be provided.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the product, a replacement item will be shipped.

Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not offered unless a replacement or exchange cannot be arranged.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

Shipping Costs

  • If the error is caused by Aagaz (wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, or damaged item), we will assist with the exchange process.

  • In eligible cases, return shipping arrangements will be communicated after approval of the request.

Right to Refuse Returns

Aagaz reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
