Eligible Returns and Exchanges

Reporting an Issue

Keep all original tags and packaging intact.
Failure to provide evidence may result in rejection of the request.
Non-Returnable Situations

Customer ordered the wrong size
Customer changed their mind after purchase
Slight color variations due to screen settings
Normal wear and tear
Products damaged after delivery by the customer

Exchange Process

Shipping Costs
